The WCA Mentor Program
The WCA Mentors program is organized and facilitated by members of the board of the St. Louis Chapter of the Women’s Caucus for Art.
The program will connect young, aspiring women artists (ages 13-19) with professional women artists in their communities. The program organizers will do their best to pair young artists with professional artists of similar artistic interests. Activities will include trips to museums and galleries, arts based workshops and portfolio building.
We will:
-Learn about local arts culture
-Expand our art history knowledge
-Work on arts based collaborations
-Build Relationships
-Exhibit (proceeds will go towards sustainability of program)
